A-Frame® tRACKER Interface

The dual post design is ideal for solar racking tracker sites with challenging soils or ground frost considerations. Traditional piles rely on skin friction for pull out values and deep embedment depths to combat frost heave. With a dual post system, the loads are spread out differently allowing for lighter weight material, less surface area and shallower depths. The tracker connection is adaptable for all major tracker manufacturers, ensuring compatibility.

A-Frame®
Interface

  • Helical pile or ground screw foundations are standard, and often more cost-effective than traditional I-beams. Domestic and non-domestic options are available.
  • Adaptable tracker connection ensures the A-Frame is fully compatible with all major tracker systems
  • Leveling flanges allow for adjustment on sites with topography
  • Less weight than traditional pile foundations

HELICAL PILES

Helical foundations are ideal for sites with soft soils, shallow bedrock, high water tables or sandy soils. Helical foundations create a cone effect that resists pullout forces at shallow depths.

Ground Screws

Ground screw foundations are ideal for sites with glacial till, cobble, hardpan and even solid bedrock. The heavy walled tube and welded connections allow for massive amounts of torque and pressure to be applied, helping the screw to advance into even the toughest soils.

Simple yet elegant

Straight-forward design that’s easy to install and flexible on site.
