Ready Rack™

The Ready Rack™ system is built for flexibility — from large utility‑scale arrays to small residential installations and everything in between. Its straightforward hardware configuration allows contractors to move quickly in the field with adjustable features already built in, and for projects that benefit from a defined starting point, we also offer pre‑engineered options to simplify design and planning.

Ready Rack™

  • Installs with helical, screw, or ballast foundations—no concrete required.
  • Built‑in adjustability speeds installation and reduces setup time.
  • Telescoping post connection adapts easily to varied topography.
  • Durable, compliant design supports high wind and snow loads.
  • Elevated, open‑back structure enhances bifacial performance.
  • Compact shipping reduces freight costs and simplifies handling.
  • Pre‑engineered options available for rapid design and deployment.

Ready Rack Foundation Options

The Ready Rack system is compatible with helical, screw or ballast foundations, making it a great choice no matter what your project requires.

HELICAL PILES

Helical foundations are ideal for sites with soft soils, shallow bedrock, high water tables or sandy soils. Helical foundations create a cone effect that resists pullout forces at shallow depths.

Ground Screws

Ground screw foundations are ideal for sites with glacial till, cobble, hardpan and even solid bedrock. The heavy walled tube and welded connections allow for massive amounts of torque and pressure to be applied, helping the screw to advance into even the toughest soils.

ballast

Ballast

For non-penetrable soils, the geo-ballast foundation offers a solution without the need for expensive concrete.

Pre-Engineered Options

Optional pre-engineered configuration that includes PE‑stamped engineering and hole patterns for 20°, 25°, 30°, and 35° tilt angles.
